I’ve recently been making it a serious point to up my vitamins and supplements game. I’m learning more and more about the different supplements that will help make sure I’m in tip top shape as a “vegan”. Now all this stuff isn’t cheap but you sure can find them cheaper at different stores like TJ Maxx/Homegoods versus stores like Whole Foods. While on a trip to my parents house, (they live like an hour away from me) I stopped at the local Homegoods and found Spirulina and Chlorella tablets as well as moringa powder.
Spirulina and Chlorella are two amazing supplements that are often fused together to create one “super tablet” LOL. Together, some of the benefits are immune system support, weight loss, lowering blood pressure and more. I would definitely suggest googling the full benefits.
Moringa is like that super duper green power that will change yo life! LOL! Some of moringa’s benefits are improved digestion, promotes beautiful skin, liver protection, detoxification, increased mental clarity…. man the list goes on! Google is definitely your best friend though! When I started my plant based journey I researched everything, and I still do now! Any who, I hope this helped a bit, especially with some of your coins when purchasing vitamins and supplements.
