Trying New Products… JOICO

I ran out today to my local CosmoProf ( beauty supply for beauty professionals) to pick up some things for the salon. I was especially excited about this trip because I was on the hunt to find some new products for my clients. The products I use now are cool, but they weren’t giving me what I need. This cold weather has been pretty harsh on my clients hair so I was looking for some products to protect, moisturize and reconstruct their hair even more.

I decided to purchase some products from the Joico product line. Joico is well known for their extensive line of K-Pak products. They also have great products for daily use, color treated hair, and moisture control. The four products that I picked up were:

  1. Joico K-Pak Clarify Chelating Shampoo
  2. Joico K-Pak Reconstruct Deep Penetrating Reconstructor
  3. Joico Daily Care Leave In Detangler
  4. Joico Silk Results Thermal Smoother Styling Spray

I picked up the smaller bottles because I’m just trying them out. If I like them, I’m definitely gonna load up! There will also be a review on each product that I got. Also if there are any Joico users out there, let me know what you think about their products!

Sponsored Review: ApHogee Gloss Therapy Polisher Spray

ApHogee is best known for their extensive line of products that focus on restoring damaged hair. Many people turn to ApHogee when there is no hope to their dry, limp, breaking hair. I recently got the chance to try out their Gloss Therapy Polisher Spray. I must say, I really like this product! I’ve used it on myself and my clients. The gloss truly lives up to its name by adding shine to your hair. A bonus is that you don’t have to spray over and over again to see the shine.

If you are interested in purchasing the ApHogee Gloss Therapy Polisher Spray, head on over to Folica.com and pick up a bottle today!

TheHaiRazor Hair Tip: Say NO To The Greasy Wrap

I’ve got many “hair” pet peeves and one of them is greasy, weighed down hair. I especially hate long, greasy, weighed, hair. Long hair is supposed to flow, blow in the wind, and feel like “silk” in your hands. I see far too many women with the weighed down wrap look. It’s so not cute! Instead of piling your hair with grease, opt for light oils and or serums that will give you that shine and will keep your hair bouncy and fresh. Here are some great light oil/serums that I like:

CHI Silk Infusion

Paul Mitchell Gloss Drops

BioSilk Silk Theraphy

KeraCare Silken Seal
