What I’m Doing Today… COLOR!

Today I’m taking a color class! One of my goals for this year is more education. So the Farouk (the makers of CHI) color/foil class is my first one for this year. We’re learning how to use the new CHI Infra Environmental Cream Color system and different foiling techniques. The CHI colors are really beautiful too! I’m really excited to try the techniques on my color clients.

Kim Kardashian Goes Blond…For Real

On Sunday Kim Kardashian debuted her freshly dyed locks on the red carpet of the Teen Choice Awards. She fooled us a few months back with a blond wig for a photoshoot she was doing. This time she went for the permanent route. I think it looks really good on her, even though I love her dark hair and how it helps her stand out from the rest. Maybe it’s a post break-up change? Check out the new collection by OPI, set to drop in September. The Suede collection takes classic matte finishes and adds a little shimmer to it. The colors in this collection include: 1st Row: Russian Navy, You Don’t Know Jacques!, and Lincoln Park After Dark. 2nd Row: Suzi Skis in the Pyrenees, OPI Ink, and We’ll Always Have Paris.
