In The Life Of…TheHaiRazor: The LOVE Eating Challenge

Hey Guys!

So the BIG (Wedding) day is coming up very soon! 54 days to be exact! I’ve been working out for months, but as with most people, I’ve had my ups and downs. 🙁 Anyway, I’m not gonna beat myself up about it, just Keep It Moving, right (HeHe, friend plug)!

A friend of mines created an 18 day health challenge on Facebook. It’s called the LOVE Eating Challenge. You cannot eat:

  1. No carbs or sweets
  2. No bread
  3. No oatmeal
  4. No rice
  5. No cereal
  6. No pasta
  7. No fried food
  8. No juice
  9. No pork

So in a nut shell, you can eat and drink water, smoothies, chicken, fish, turkey, fruits and vegetables. If you want to join this challenge just look up The LOVE Eating Challenge group on Facebook and join! It runs from today to September 17th! I may extend mines to October, I’m really trying to work on something. 🙂
