If you follow me on Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram you may have seen that I’ve joined the 30 day fitness challenge by @MrShutUpAndTrain! Now, I’ve done these challenges before but I’m going all in this time! I’m getting older (28 next month!) and it’s really time to buckle down and take better care of my body. I’ve been a vegetarian since March but my eating habits are still not that great and working out was non existent. 🙁 My husband and I have talked about having kids in the next few years and I definitely DO NOT want to get pregnant at my current weight. So yeah, that’s where I’m at now and why this challenge is so important.
Over the next few months I will be documenting my journey on here and all my social media profiles.
