Tomorrow is going to be a wonderful day for me! I have a mani/pedi and deep tissue massage scheduled and I’m soooooo excited! I really needed one of these days, BAD! Any who, I was thinking about adding a facial to it, but then I thought hmmmm I can do that part at home. Ok ok I know it doesn’t compare to someone else doing it, but you can learn how to take care of your skin and save money. Today I’m going to do some research on some do it yourself facials and let you know what I’ve done. Question though, have you ever made your own facial mask and did your own at home facial? Yeah I said it! No excuse! LOL What I mean by this is, take the time to give yourself mini pedicures in the shower. All you need is a pumice stone. Each day, in the shower, use your pumice stone to scrub away the dead skin from your feet. All it takes is 30 seconds! Keep those feet soft ladies!

I’m not one to jump on band wagons and try something cause the “popular” people said it was great. LOL I’ve seen a lot of people (beauty bloggers, celebs, etc) talk about Caress Evenly Gorgeous Body Wash, but I was like ahh whatever, just another product everyone’s hyping up…. until I bought it myself. I was in the store one day and I wanted to try another body wash, I was really bored with my old one. So I gave in, and I must say… I love it! Caress Evenly Gorgeous smells good and is a great exfoliating body wash. I feel really clean after using it and thats not bad for a product under $5! So yeah, I’m a fan now, but it’s worth it!

Carol’s Daughter and Disney have teamed up to create the Magical Beauty Collection. The four piece bath and body line is geared towards “little” princesses and will feature Princess Tiana, Disney’s first African American princess. The Limited Edition Magical Beauty Collection is set to release in Carol’s Daughter stores and online this Fall. Also, look out for Princess Tiana in The Princess and The Frog, this December.
