What I’m Doing Today… COLOR!
Today I’m taking a color class! One of my goals for this year is more education. So the Farouk (the makers of CHI) color/foil class is my first one for this year. We’re learning how to use the new CHI Infra Environmental Cream Color system and different foiling techniques. The CHI colors are really beautiful too! I’m really excited to try the techniques on my color clients.

TheHaiRazor HairStory: NEVER Let Your Brothers Help You With Your Hair!
I was 8 years old with long beautiful hair and my mother used to style my hair in braids all over. She told me to take them down on Friday and here it was Sunday and I still had not done so. On Sunday, before she left to go out with some friends, she said “you better have those braids out of your head or I’m gonna whip you”. I started taking them out and soon realized that I would be there all day by myself. Soooooo, I asked my brothers to help me, who were like 2 years older. They figured that they needed to use scissors to take down my real hair! They had braids all over the floor…..I’m 22 years old now and my hair is still trying to recoup!
