TheHaiRazor Drugstore Beauty!

TheHairRazor Drugstore Beauty
I love, love, love, make-up! It’s part of my everyday “uniform”, especially because I’m a hair stylist. I like to look presentable for my clients and potential clients at all times, but I’m not the one to spend an arm and a leg on make-up. I do love my MAC though, I will never leave you nor forsake you NW 45 studio press! BUT, I will however stray away at times to other eyeshadows, lipglosses, and lipsticks. My fav low budget eyeshadows are L’Oreal HiP intensity pigments. I have them on in the pic above. I used the duo colors Charisma (concentrated shadow duo) and Flare (bright shadow duo). The shadows cost about $6 at your local Wal-Mart.  Check out a closer look after the jump Read the rest of this entry »

Kim Kardashian’s New Hair Color

Kim Kardashian's New Color
Over the weekend the beautiful Kim Kardashian made a big change, in hair color that is. I stared at the pic for a good minute because I didn’t believe it was her. I actually like it, just glad it’s not a super bleach blond like others.

**UPDATE** I just went on Kim’s site, she say’s its a wig! Wow, had me fooled! I still like it though, even though I love dark hair!

For The Fella’s: Say NO To Bar Soap

Say No To Bar Soap!
I was talking to my guy the other day and I asked him what does he use to cleanse his face. He said “duh bar soap”. The answer actually didn’t surprise me one bit, because well, guys will be guys. The easier the better to them. It may be easier, but it sure isn’t better. Bar soap contains surfactants, or surface active agents, which are meant to help lift dirt off your body. This is chemical is too strong for the skin on your face, which when used, causes your face to feel dry and tight. So guys, next time your in the grocery store, pick up a lathering facial cleanser in brands like Aveeno Clearacil, etc.
