I constantly hear women argue whether or not they should trim their hair. Some women think if they nix the trim, their hair will grow longer, or they can use some “magical” conditioner to prevent split ends. NO,NO, and NO! Ladies, please let me educate you. It is recommended that you trim your hair every six to eight weeks (mostly for women who receive relaxers).  You can damage your hair very badly if you don’t trim your hair when needed. When your hair splits, it will continue to split up the hair shaft, causing the hair to break off. So it’s better to trim your hair when needed, than to have to get that drastic cut when you don’t want it. Let the scissor be your friend!
